General Terms and Conditions:
•Please consider to select at least 2 men if there are any BULKY or HEAVY items for one man to carry.
Example : 3 Seater Sofa, Washing Machine, Chest of Drawers.
•Please note: We accept payment methods such Bank transfers or Cash.
•Bookings require a deposit of 1 HOUR charge.
•Remember to complete the payment before unloading the van, because late payments will delay unloading, which can increase the booking duration.
•Working time will start from when the driver arrives/calls the office and stops when the last item is placed where the customer wishes/calls the office.
•If the work takes longer, the price is updated by the driver and the customer gets updates via SMS or email.
•If congestion and ULEZ charges apply, it will be added to the final price upon job completion.
•Please note that it is the customers responsibility to arrange the parking space/parking permit for the required vehicles. If parking restrictions exist, a parking permit must be provided.
•If the customer decides to pack their own boxes please note not to overload the boxes and exceed 20-25 KG per box as our team has the right to ask you to repack the boxes.
•All prices mentioned are on a GROUND to GROUND basis.
•Stairs charge= £10 P/H per stairs.
•We charge hourly.
•If the distance does not exceed 10 miles we do not charge for the distance. If the distance exceeds 10 miles, we charge for the full distance, £1.5 per mile.
